Hi from Sigh clothing...
Hi from Sigh clothing. It's a beautiful sunny day here in Notting Hill Gate. Beautiful girls stride around as though unleashed by the sun. June 2011 in London appears to be all about the Maxi... and Mini in equal measures.
It's a year now since we came back from India, where we worked with some wonderful people. We made some lovely pieces with Lalit at his fair trade factory, 'The self help centre,' in Mumbia, where Ben was fed sensational veg thalis and endless chai. 2 Russian couples got married in sigh, cream Desdemonas on the beach, and many beautiful girls from all over the world looked truly stunning in the clothes. Though we were carefull to hand out warnings on our pieces with ties around the neck. In our first week there I'm sure Anami saved my life as we, familly of four passed her on our scooter and she hollared 'Your strings!' 'Hi! I shouted back enthusiastically realising, moments later, how close I came to Isadora Duncan. I must remember to thank her.
Now were back with Mr and Mrs Dillon in Londons east end. At Sigh we know all the people who help make our clothes personally and can vouch for the fact that they are propperly paid and valued. A quick post to say, 'Check out our Maxi dresses, and keep loving to breath and breathing to dance.'
